Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects, from estimating to closeout. A strong understanding of design-build process, estimating, and industrial construction industry is required.The Senior PM will hold a leadership position within the company. The role will include process review and development, as well as overseeing and developing a team of project management professionals. Candidate should also be able to seek out, build, and maintain client relationships.The company is focused on developing next-gen construction processes, and invests in the latest construction software. Candidate must be able to help the team further develop the use of programs such as Procore, Bluebeam, etc.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign-Build: Strong understanding of construction design and implementation in order to lead the design process; ability to identify potential conflicts in design and suggest alternativesConstruction Financials: Ability to develop and oversee project forecasting, cashflows, and WIPsEstimating: Ability to accurately estimate projects, oversee team developing estimatesContract Management: Knowledge of construction contracts; ability to review and negotiate contractual terms with external partiesProcess Improvement and Development: Ability to identify weak or potentially problematic processes and develop improvementsLeadership and Talent Management: Ability to manage, educate, and motivate project teamsTechnology: Knowledge and understanding of construction software use; ability to identify opportunites to advance technology use within the company and fieldSafety: Understanding of the most stringent industry safety requirements and a commitment to upholding and developing safety culture and practicesCulture: Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, and promote a collaborative, supportive environment both internally and externally; dedication to upholding the company reputation through ethical and professional behaviorMUST BE ABLE TO LEAD INDUSTRIAL GROUND-UP DESIGN-BUILD PROJECTS WITH EXPERIENCE ON THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SIDEREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial constructionAbility to work with geographically-dispersed teamSupervisory experience.Strong organizational skills including the ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs.Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.Some travel requiredPosition is remote, can be located anywhere within the US.Compensation details: 110000-140000 Yearly SalaryPI30659f17c6c0-25660-37354688
