Job Description:

*Job Summary:*We are seeking a skilled *Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)* with experience in *Critical Care and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)* settings. The CRT will provide high-quality respiratory care to critically ill adult and neonatal patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient outcomes.*Key Responsibilities:** Administer and monitor *respiratory treatments and therapies*, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medication delivery, and pulmonary function testing.* Manage *mechanical ventilation* for critically ill patients in both adult and neonatal intensive care units.* Provide *airway management*, including endotracheal intubations, extubations, tracheostomy care, and suctioning.* Perform *arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis* and interpret results to adjust respiratory treatments accordingly.* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.* Assist in emergency situations such as *code blue events, neonatal resuscitation, and rapid response interventions*.* Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatment plans, and home care when necessary.* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.*Qualifications:** *Certification:* Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC.* *Education:* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.* *Experience:* Minimum *[X] years* of experience in Critical Care and NICU respiratory therapy.* *Licensure:* State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.* *Certifications (Preferred):* BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).*Location:* Lawton, OK*Job Type:* Travel Contract 13 weeks possibility of extension as per your need*Shift:* Nights 12 Hour Nights 36 GH*Sign on bonus of Up to $200 on the first pay check*Job Types: Travel healthcare, ContractPay: $53.00 - $58.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 per weekShift:* 12 hour shift* Night shiftSupplemental Pay:* Signing bonusWork Location: In person
