Overview: Environmental Services provides appropriate cleaning processes to assure the Health System is sanitized and disinfected as per governing guidelines. Responsibilities: Job Summary

• Monitors and evaluates financial and productivity information to achieve operational benchmarks.
• Fosters the learning and development of staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of individuals and the organization.
• Collaborates with other departments to identify and resolve operational and patient care issues.
• Actively supports and promotes the shared mission and vision of Norman Regional Hospital to achieve strategic goals.
• Develops and promotes employee satisfaction to facilitate positive patient and physician outcomes.QualificationsStrong communication skills, both written and oral. Experience managing a diverse team of employees, managers, and supervisors.EducationBachelor's degree preferred.ExperienceRequires four years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional and/or commercial Environmental Services management.
