We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cost Accountant to join our Chickasha, OK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our plant operations, including inventory management, and job costing in a multi entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key player in the success of our production facility and to contribute to the financial health and efficiency of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Job Costing: Track production costs related to materials, labor, and overhead; analyze job cost variances; and provide reports on profitability and efficiency of production jobs.
--- Standard Costs: Establish and maintain standard costs for materials, labor and overhead, regularly updating based on operational and financial changes. Create detailed costs report, variance analysis,
and product profitability.
--- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, support physical inventory counts, and reconcile any discrepancies.
--- Collaboration: Work closely with the plant management team, production staff, and corporate finance to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
--- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production
environment.
--- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, especially related to job costing, inventory management,
AP/AR processes.
--- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. ViewPoint, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
--- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
--- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
--- Experience with ERP systems.
